This course will cover: 

• How to communicate information and knowledge in the workplace 
• Managing yourself and providing appropriate direction to team members
•  The role of a Team Leader / Supervisor
• Management techniques that can motivate others and improve performance in the workplace     

Course Length:  1 x 2 hours per week, 6 weeks course

N.B Prior to enrolment you will need to undertake an initial assessment in English. You must also be able to complete self study exercises between classroom assignments.
