First impressions are important and if you want to gain an edge in the workplace or when looking for employment, this first-look accredited course will be what you’re looking for.

What Will You Learn?

You will learn:

· Character traits and how they can impact on other people, your achievements and your self-esteem

· Powerful communication techniques including questioning listening and non-verbal cues

· Personal presentation and its impact on others perception

· How to become a valuable team player

Qualification Entry Level 3 Character Education

What Is Character Education?

Character Education is the wider personal development of an individual beyond academic education. It aims to instil a number of key characteristics and values such as resilience, honesty, motivation and humility, all of which will help them in their lives.
