Learn how to effectively Manage a team

What is management? What does it mean? Are you interested in stepping into a managerial or supervisory role for the first time? Perhaps it's been a while and you'd just like to brush up on your skills & knowledge.

Then this FREE course is for you.

This course will cover:

• Managing yourself and providing appropriate direction to team members 

• The role of a Team Leader  

• Management techniques that can motivate others and improve performance in the workplace  

• Time management and Delegation skills

Qualification upon completion:  Non-accredited

Course Length:   1 x 2 hour session per week, 2 weeks course.

Starting:              7th April 2021

Ends:                  14th April

Time:                  1 30pm - 3 30pm

Platform: Online via Google Classroom

Courses are free and paid for by the European Social Fund via Wandsworth Borough Lifelong Learning. The courses apply to any UK resident   You must be a UK or European Citizen or resident living in the UK for  at least 3 years, and living in London.
