This course will cover:

• How to deliver good customer service
• How to use different communication methods
• How to provide good customer service in line with organisational procedures
• How to effectively deal with customer queries, problems and complaints
• Understand how customer needs and expectations are formed

Qualification upon completion

Level 2 Qualification in Customer Service.

Through attending this course and completing the assignments you will achieve a Level 2 Certificate in Customer Service.  Please note this will involve completing an online assessment/multi choice test.

Please note: Within the 3 weeks after attending this session you will sit an online test with the awarding body Highfield

Courses are free and paid for by the European Social Fund via Wandsworth Borough Lifelong Learning. The courses apply to any UK resident   You must be a UK or European Citizen or resident living in the UK for  at least 3 years, and living in London. You must not be in full time education currently.
