Customer Service Level 1 Award Qualification
Gain or Refresh Your Customer Service Skills Level 1
This is a FREE course, funded by the European Social Fund - available to UK and EU citizens resident in London.
Refresh Your Customer Service Skills: Go beyond the average and update great customer service skills you can take with you for life.
This course will cover:
- How to deliver good customer service
- How to use different communication methods
- How to provide good customer service in line with organisational procedures
- How to effectively deal with customer queries, problems and complaints
- Understand how customer needs and expectations are formed
Course Length: 1 x 2 hours per week, 4 weeks course
Starting: 17th August 2021
Ends: 7th September 2021

Qualification upon completion
Level 1 Qualification in Customer Service. Can be used as a refresher course for expired qualifications.
Through attending this course and completing the assignments you will achieve a Award in Customer Service Level 1, and you will have the opportunity to go on to a Level 2 Certificate upon completion.

Courses are free and paid for by the European Social Fund via Wandsworth Borough Lifelong Learning. The courses apply to any UK resident You must be a UK or European Citizen or resident living in the UK for at least 3 years, and living in London. You must not be in full time education currently.
